  • How do I order?
    It's super easy to order with us- Standard Orders * Place your order online, make sure you have everything added to your basket and then complete checkout *E-mail your venue list over to the specified E-mail address. *Send in your garment (If sending your own to us) *Await your proof to check over and give approval. ( we will only send your proof through on print on your own garments once we receive it) *Your order will then be hand printed up and posted out to you! If your order is not a standard option on the website and you are wanting custom items, ie Extra text, numbers, country codes- PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF MY SANITY DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND THEN E-MAIL WITH ALL YOUR ADDITIONS. (Sorry for the shouty text, I need it to grab your attention, as just ordering and then e-mailing just causes headache for you and me as I generally have to then cancel your initial order and refund you , for you then to have to pay again from the custom invoice.) Instead contact me at soasbydesign@gmail.com so I can create a custom quote and invoice for you with everything on one nice tidy order and just one payment for you 😊
  • Can I send you another garment other than my Milestone Top?
    Absolutely! A print only is a print on your own garment, it does not have to be an Official Milestone top. You can send in any suitable clothing you wish. Please note if you send in a garment that is not an Official Milestone item, We cannot add any logos or milestone numbers to it. All logos and the word Parkrun are protected under copyright law and cannot be replicated or imitated, including Milestone numbers. This also means that we are unable to repair or re-print your original Milestone number for you if it is looking well loved. The print only just a print of your venues. The word Venues is included under the Milestone if one is present on your garment
  • Can I have extras like Flags or my QR code?
    You certainly can! Flags, QR codes, Home run, Barcode Numbers and Challenge badges are all on the store under Add- ons for you to customise away! For any specific customisations like extra text, particular venues or letters highlighted, Country codes.... please contact me first at soasbydesign@gmail.com so I can build a bespoke order and invoice for you. Please do not just order and then e-mail over with all your extras.
  • Does my print have to be white?
    Absoloutely not! On milestone garments the print is generally white to match your milestone number already on your hard earned top, however if you wish to have a different colour for your venues then just pop the colour you would like in the notes section. On our own design garments you already have the choice of print colour and you are prompted to add the colour in the notes section. There are no colour charts to choose from for print colours, as the choice is waaaayyyy to large. As long as it it not a neon colour ( I don't have neon ink!) you can specify any colour/shade you want at no extra charge! You can even go a step further and have your print in Gold or Silver metallic! Metallic print is an additional cost and is under the Add- Ons filter on the shop page.
  • How do I get my venue list to you?
    Simply e-mail us your venues in the order you would like them in one plain old boring list. Please DO NOT send us Word Documents, Screenshots, Excel sheets.... or even in columns ,Just one boring old list of the venue names only **Please don't add numbers or dashes etc in front of each venue as then I have to sit and manually take then back out!** is perfect. We have a dedicated e-mail just for them. Venue lists are generally set up in all caps to make sure they stand out loud and proud, however if you would like them in Sentence Case, ie Capital letter and then lowercase just let us know in your e-mail.   • How do I get my QR code to you?
    We do all the hard work for you! Simply pop your A number in the notes section we will do the rest!
  • I just realised I forgot to add something! help!
    Don't worry! It happens to the best of us! If you place your order and then realise you wanted flags or missed off your home run, just drop us an e-mail to soasbydesign@gmail.com with what you have missed off and we can amend your order to add it on and send a payment link through. This option is only for standard items that you have missed off your order. Please do not order and then send a list of extras that are not on the website. These need custom quotes and invoices, in this instance contact me at soasbydesign@gmail.com with the custom extras you would like and I will create a custom quote and invoice for you.
  • Will I get a proof before my top is printed?
    We always provide a proof with every order for you to check over, make any amendments or tweaks and make sure you are happy. We will send a new proof for any amendments and will not print your top until you are happy and have approved for print
  • How do I get my top to you?
    You can drop your top off and/or collect if you are local to us, drop us an e-mail and we will let you know how to do this. Or you can post your top to us at Shadow of a Saint, 14 Cumberland Crescent, Billingham, TS23 1AY. Please make sure you pop your name inside with it so I know who it belongs to. Buying a shiny new Tee from Pro-Direct? You can have it delivered direct to us to save you time and postage! Same address as above, however please put C/O SOAS AND THEN YOUR NAME as the addressee. This is because there is nothing inside your package to say who it belongs to.
  • Why is there a QR code on my top?
    All garments apart from your own that you have supplied have a small QR code to the front left bottom. These are specific to the garment you have. So you are out in the wild proudly parading about in your new top and someone says "Wow!!! I love your top, where did you get it?" They can scan the code and it will take them directly to that item on the website!- Pretty cool yes?! They are only small at 30mm so not intrusive and are shown on your proof in the same colour as your print- and will even scan from your proof if you wanted to check it out.
  • I have a cool design idea I'd like for my venues that's not on the website- can you help?
    Yes!!! We love it when you all get creative! If you have your own design or layout for how you would like your venues please drop us an e-mail at soasbydesign@gmail.com with what your idea is and we can give you a bespoke quote and make your vision come to life!
  • How do I care for my garment once it has been printed?
    Looking after your top with your hard earned achievements on is really easy. Simply turn inside out and follow the garments own washing instructions. The biggie is please do not tumble dry, or lay the print directly on heat- ie a hot radiator as this will compromise your print. Simply hang up and air dry and put straight back on! Every garment we print, be it a garment from us or your own garment will also have a small care label printed into the inside on the neck for you to refer back to.
  • How long will my order take?
    All our designing, printing, pressing and embroidery is all done in house, this is to make sure we can offer the best service and quality we possibly can. Yes I am a bit of a control freak! Everything from start to finish on each and every order is done personally, we work very hard to get your orders completed and out to you as soon as we can. As a rule our standard turnaround times are 5-7 working days from order placed and receiving your garment, to posting your order back out to you. However in busy periods this can be 7-10 working days- sometimes perfection cannot be rushed! If you would like your order back for a specific date, please just check in with us before placing your order to make sure we can accommodate your request. You can check in with our Facebook and Instagram pages for updates to shipping times, holidays etc and also have a nosey at other orders we have been busy with it. You my even spot yours!
  • How much is postage?
    We currently offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour or Special Delivery ( Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the day after posting -exc Saturdays) You choose from the drop down menu which is the best option for you. We also ship worldwide! If you are outside of the UK and your country is not on the postage options, simply drop us an e-mail on soasbydesign@gmail.com before placing your order with your address details and we will give you all your postage options for you to choose from. Ireland and Australia are now postage options- Simply click United Kingdom where it is underlined and you can then change the country
  • School Uniform Information
    School Uniform logos are a collection service only. We do not offer a postage or delivery service on these items. Ordering is super easy. Place your order online, If you would like initials please make sure you have selected initials and added them into the notes section. You can then drop your garments off any time into our lock box that stands by the back gate. The code is 1080. Our address is on your order confirmation e-mail Please make sure your garments are in a bag with no coat hangers with a note in with your surname and order number. If you have multiple initials please make sure you note which initials are for which size/ colour garments. Once your garments are embroidered up and ready for collection you will receive a collection e-mail on with instructions on how to arrange collection 😊

  • I’ve spotted a mistake after it has been printed
    Unfortunately we cannot amend once your garment has been printed. We do ask you to check your proof very carefully for any errors before we print for you. This is not us being awkward, or unhelpful, the print simply cannot be removed without damaging your hard earned garment. As a double check why not ask a friend or family member to give your proof a once over as well. If the error is down to us then your item will be replaced free of charge, even if it is an official milestone item.
